Meet the Team

My name is Corey Imparato, and I am the Founder and CEO of RecruitSeq. Prior to starting this company, I spent 6 years as a headhunter specialized in systems biology and protein engineering for founder-led, small to mid-sized biotech startups.

I quickly rose to a leadership role as someone always thinking about how to innovate and add value for others. Even as R&D in biotech experiences dramatic changes, my clients have trusted me to find the best talent in the market to truly elevate their teams.

I live in Boston with my fiancée (a practicing Radiologist also passionate about life-saving therapies). We’re always out and about, taking advantage of everything the city has to offer. For transplants new to the city, I’m always happy to provide recommendations as a 12+ year resident!
